women who want a man

a poem about the power of women

David Moran — Tumbleweed Words ·

women who want a man, a poem by David Moran

women want men who grew
and grow with the power of motherhood.
in the conscious state, a patient rise stud,
like an oak tree.

sometimes men want to reveal themselves to other men
but they can’t always do that. they know this
because the toughness where they came from
was often physical, too. this is not acknowledged
in feminine environments where thoughts are free.

we all crave and desire from the same bone marrow place.
the need for succulence in present time, is an act
forward motion.

where are you tonight?
does your ellipsis kiss have an arrival date?
